HI WE ARE VINCENZO AND RACHEL

Kia Ora everyone we are Vincenzo and Rachel, a couple based in Palmerston North. We got married in the summer of 2019 in the beautiful city of Havelock North, since then we have been busy spending time with friends and family and meeting new people.

We keep our schedule full by playing golf, dancing and going to the gym, but we balance this out by cooking and baking!

Rachel is the sportswoman, she has represented New Zealand at the Special Olympics and usually walks away with a handful of medals for her swimming and skiing!

Vincenzo is an advocate, he is passionate about advocating for people with Down Syndrome; he regularly attends meetings, workshops and conferences to gain leadership skills and empower others.

We are both thrilled to join the “Drink My Coffee” community, we spend many hours enjoying cups of coffee and would love to share the experience with others.
