How Can We Assist?
HOW DO PEOPLE ORDER COFFEE FROM ME?
They can order and pay online or they can order directly from you and pay you. Each week you would put an order in to DrinkMyCoffee and we will send you the coffee for delivery (to you or the customers).
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Ask around your family and friends whether they would support you if you were to sell coffee to make some additional income. Start small and build up a customer base. Order some yourself to make sure you enjoy the brand and feel secure in what you are selling. Reach out to community organisations like churches, meetups, clubs.
DOES IT COST ME ANYTHING TO JOIN UP WITH DRINKMYCOFFEE?
No, there are no franchise fees of any kind.
WHAT HELP DO I GET?
We can give you tips on how to promote yourself on social media and to local businesses. We can organise brochures for you to hand out to customers (there is a cost to do this).
HOW OFTEN DO YOU ROAST THE COFFEE?
We roast every Wednesday and courier it the same day, so most people will receive their coffee the next day.
DO YOU HAVE DECAF OR OTHER BLENDS?
No, at the moment we only roast a 50/50 blend of premium Arabica beans from Papua New Guinea and Colombia.
WHAT IS STOVE TOP COFFEE AND HOW DO YOU MAKE IT?
You need a special stovetop jug, which is very popular in Europe. Google it!
CAN YOU USE THE COFFEE FOR THE NESPRESSO MACHINE?
Some people have refillable Nespresso tabs, but I think they have mixed success.
HOW MUCH IS MY COMMISSION THAT I CAN EARN?
$3.50 per 200g bag and $6.50 per 1KG bag

HOW DOES THE COURIER WORK?
You can deliver coffee to your customers in which case we would courier everything to you (orders by you over $50 are free for courier), or they can order online and pay to have it couriered directly to themselves. They pay for this on checkout.
