Drink My Coffee Arabica
A 50/50 blend of Arabica “high grown” coffee, sourced from Colombia and Papua New Guinea. The higher elevation coffee is more sought after due to the taste. When well-cared for, the coffee will produce the more acidic, aromatic taste and flavour. Lower elevation coffee tends to have a lower acidity with little character in the cup.
Caramel, brown sugar, malt biscuits and a light acidity.
